New York’s Film Forum is doing a big Universal centenary festival this summer, including a number of silents. The most interesting of these, that is, the most rarely screened, appear to be The Goose Woman (July 24, 8:20) and Lonesome (August 6, 6:45).
They’re also doing a Monday night Von Stroheim series starting at the end of May.
