Monday, April 10, 17 and 24, 2017 – The Paramount Theatre

April 10 - STEAMBOAT BILL, JR. (1928) starring Buster Keaton; April 17 - GIRL SHY (1924) starring Harold Lloyd; April 24 - SELECTED SHORTS features classic short comedies from the silent era with slapstick, stunts and laughs from stars such as Laurel and Hardy, Chaplin and Marie Dressler, Lloyd, Keaton and more. Featuring Clark Wilson, Christian Elliot and Tedde Gibson on the Mighty Wurlitzer and Paul Hanson on Foley Sound. CineClub will follow each film in the Paramount Lobby bar. Learn more.

STG Presents Silent Movie Mondays: Selected Shorts at The Paramount Theatre April 24, 2017 as a part of the Comedy Classics Series.

SELECTED SHORTS features classic short comedies from the silent era with slapstick, stunts and laughs from stars such as Laurel and Hardy in the recently restored Battle of the Century, Charlie Chaplin in A Woman, Baby Peggy, Sennett Bathing Beauties and a special sing-a-long with Koko and His Bouncing Ball. Tedde Gibson joins us on the Mighty Wurlitzer with Paul Hansen on Foley Sound.

Running time: estimated 90 minutes

CineClub immediately follows the film in the Paramount Lobby bar, hosted by Carl Spence, former Artistic Director of SIFF.
