The more you know about a subject, the more mistakes you find in the Times coverage.

I'm a fan, not an expert, but I thought Natasha's last name was Nogoodnik. Maybe that was an alias.

She was honored one year at Cinecon and it subsequent Cinecons used to sit in the balcony at The Egyptian. I heard on the radio that she was the original voice of the Chatty Cathy doll.

End of an era I guess, at least in the animation I grew up with.
She was so brilliant. I don't think kids today get to see Rocky and Bullwinkle, and I suppose they wouldn't get all the references, but I hope some of the many retro channels broadcasting in the US start to run it again.
What a brilliant voice artist. I wish she had made it to 100 but I'm glad that she was apparently well and active almost until the end.
