Is JACK FROST the first reel, or the second?

It is a complete 1 reeler with original titles. It does not seem to be edited from a 2 reel short.

I think you may have a cut-down. Dave Stevenson included the first reel of JACK FROST as an extra on one of the "Snub & Marie" DVDs (SEX, LIES & 9.5mm), which you should check for comparison. At the very least, you have a usable ending.

On further research, You are right. R2 has never been found, but this is complete in itself.

Congratulations! Presumably your digest print incorporates footage from the missing reel, and you have a true rarity. Great news for all Snub fans; what we lack in numbers we compensate for in enthusiasm.
