What does this title mean, if it means anything?

A film I watched last night, CROSSED SIGNALS (1926) was rather humdrum, partly due to a mediocre copy and the lack of music. Forty-four minutes in, however, a Yiddish / Hebrew title appears, spoken by the hero's Jewish sidekick. Does it mean anything, or is it just nonsense?

Do you have a screenshot of the title?

It's something like

דעם כאבעפם כאט אויי אן דעם טריין

I probably didn't get the letters right. Google translate (from Yiddish) comes up with "This khabefm Haute on without the Train." Since the villains are about to get on a train, I suppose it's not gibberish.

For what it's worth, Bing translate (from Hebrew) offers

"A chat where apabm Oh cultural proletariat cultural proletariat train"

Don't know why it repeats "cultural proletariat" or what the "Oh" has to do with it, unless it's an imperative sentence. I guess we know there's a train, at least. I don't know any Hebrew but unless "apabm" is a verb, with no verb indicated in the sentence, it's likely like Arabic, which has no word for "to be," or other Mediterranean languages like Greek and Latin where the "be" verb can be left out and understood in the context.

It's kind of an Anglisized Yiddish: "dem gonofeem (thieves) got avay on dem train".
