Has anyone ever ordered from them? Any complaints?

He's located in Canada (Saskatchewan I think) and is sometimes a little slow to respond but reliable.

I only bought from him once - back in 2011 - it took him about 3 months to send it to me after I paid for it.

Product quality was OK but I never bought from him again after such a long wait.

I considered purchasing a rare TV show from him back in 2008, but after reading some very negative feedback, purchased it elsewhere.

I ordered from him about 15 years ago. It took over 6 months to get my order, and I only received one of the films I paid for. No refund for the remainder. BUYER BEWARE.

In spite of the mixed reviews Robert's Hard to Find Videos got here, I went ahead and ordered some episodes of "Fireside Theater." It took about two weeks for me to get the dvd (quality ok) and he responded promptly to my e mails. I'd order from him again.

I ordered four films from him - three arrived and the fourth one he says he's waiting for a better print to arrive and then the old "I've been ill for several weeks" routine. Have a feeling I'm not going to get my $25 back for that fourth one.

I've actually had pretty good experiences with him, especially for very rare television dramas. I'd echo the several week (about 4) lag between order and delivery but otherwise ok.

I received the items I ordered from him, not the greatest quality but that's kind of expected for grey market sellers. Not overnight Amazon Prime speed, but reasonably good, I thought. One of the things I bought from him ended up with a legitimate release not long after, so I've been hesitant to repeat because of that, not due to any inherent issues I had with him.
