Reading Jon Tuska's 'In Manors and Alleys', there is mention of a Spanish-language version of THE BENSON MURDER CASE (1930), EL CUERPO DEL DELITO (1930 also). Does anyone know if it survives?

In addition, THE CASINO MURDER CASE (1935) seems to have had a brief scene in Technicolor, which was removed from the negative. Anything on that ??

The AFI Catalogue's entry on El Cuerpo Del Delito lists it as a film for which the AFI had viewed a print, so presumably it's extant.

I have never heard anything about The Casino Murder Case containing a Technicolor sequence - surely one so early would have been heavily promoted in trade publications?

Apparently some tinting was intended, not technicolor:

Thanks for the info. The Tuska book is very useful, though contains a mass of misprints which should have been weeded out before publication...
