ANN MILLER in 1937??

PostFri Jun 23, 2017 4:13 pm

Watching the 1937 MGM short HOLLYWOOD PARTY, one of the ladies near the beginning reminded me very much of Ann Miller. Is it possible she is in this film?

It's certainly possible. She has credits going back to 1934 and was in Stage Door the same year.

The matter is complicated, and I shall proceed to complicate it still more.

The girl in question appears 2m 41s into the film and then stands in the front row to the right of the steps as you face them.

I just checked this out - the girl at 2:41 is definitely not Ann Miller.

Ok, thanks. Must be suffering from bats in the belfry or similar...
