Belayev only has five films, and this is the only one in color, and "Parad" in the title would suggest a match with "march" in the Spanish title.

Thanks Mike,

I got the same answer from Argentina, from where this poster originates. Since this was an Artkino release, Fernando Martín Peña probably has a print because the entire collection was donated to his filmotheque.
