I am trying to make a DVD "slide presentation" of our collection of Claire Windsor coming attraction slides. I want it to look authentic--with a black space between slides as one pushes the other one out of the way. I am using DVD slideshow GUI, but can't figure out how to overlap or string together a series of images. One photo slides over the top of the previous photo rather than pushing it out of the way. Can anyone help me with a suggestion?

Whoever produced the Movie Glass Slide DVD achieved the results you're talking about; I have it and it's fabulous.

A review:

To order:

Perhaps the seller might be able to tell you how to get in touch with Jonathan Wuite, who did the authoring according to the above-linked review.

Nice set, thanks for posting.
Way better than the four (deafening) trailers I sat through at "The Artist" yesterday.

Here are the coming attraction slides from our collection featuring Claire Windsor:

I usually perform the music myself so I have not been able to add "canned" music to the clip. Any suggestions on simple software for downloading, cutting and splicing sound?

Here is the like again: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ezJgrUmZb80&feature=plcp

Why does the direct youtube link not work?
