Just because a silent movie doesn't have dialogue doesn't mean it can't be funny. See for yourself on Saturday, Feb. 10 at 7:15 p.m., when Maple Street Church, at 90 Maple St., Danvers, presents a screening of the 1926 silent comedy film “Ella Cinders,” staring Colleen Moore. Based on the syndicated comic strip of the same name, the movie follows Ella who enters a life-changing competition. Pianist Robert Humphreville provides live musical accompaniment. The cost is $5 per person and $15 per family. More details at 978-774-4510 or http://www.maplestreetchurch.org.
