I have a piece of motion picture history that maybe you might be interested in.

I have two minute books from the Vitaphone Corporation. Vol. #1 & Vol. #3. Inside the book it talks about the experiments & research in connection with a proposed method or system of synchronizing and coordinating sound with motion pictures.

As you might know, the Warner Bros. purchased the Vitaphone machine from Western Electric in 1925. The Vitaphone company developed the equipment to make talking pictures.

Description:Vitaphone Corporation Vol. #1:
Dated April 20th, 1926 , but does include documents from June 20th, 1925. It contains 44 signatures. Which includes the original Board of Directors of the Vitaphone company.
The most notable is Sam Warner (4 signatures), who past away in 1927. Harry Warner (1) & Albert Warner(2).

The second book Vol. III, starting in January 11, 1928 contains many more additional Signatures, a total of 186.
The Warner Bros. signatures are: Harry Warner (28), Albert Warner (32) & Jack Warner (23). Sam Warner passed away in Oct 1927.

Please contact me if you are interested in these two books.
If you are interested I will provided additional info & photo's
Or if you can put me into contact with someone who might be interested

Thank You....Dennis
