Bluray Region B/2 question.

Unread post by Buster95 » Thu Apr 27, 2017 8:59 am

I'm interested in Charlie Chaplin blu-ray but these blu-ray are Region B/2, but supposedly they will not play on most Blu-ray players sold in USA and Canada, is it true?

It has been said before, but I will join the chorus of those recommending an all-region Blu-Ray/DVD player. They are relatively inexpensive and will forever remove the guesswork of whether a disc will play or not.

I fully agree. I don't understand why so many collectors seem hesitant to get an all-region player, given the riches of film releases (often in better prints) that await in Europe, Australia and Asia. The BFI and Eureka alone can empty your wallet

Me too, but in reverse. I've picked up some nice stuff from the US which has not been available over here in the UK.
