You know, although Richard Anderson has passed away, we have the technology. We could rebuild him, better than before.

Turns out they pulled his face off and found he was a robot duplicate the whole time.
What I loved most about the Oscar Goldman character was that he was, mysteriously, about five times more powerful than the president. In one episode where a massive earthquake threatens California, he simply picks up the 'phone and orders the evacuation of "the west coast."
