You may be surprised to find him mentioned here, but in addition to a few scattered late film appearances, Chegwin starred in a couple of Children's Film Foundation movies, THE TROUBLESOME DOUBLE (1967) and its sequel, EGGHEAD'S ROBOT (1970). He was mainly known as a radio and TV presenter, but did theatre work as well from an early age.

Unfortunately he also hosted the infamous game show NAKED JUNGLE that featured himself and all the contestants in the buff. Once seen this can never be unseen. Oh Cheggers... what a terrible decision!
