Anyone recognize her? She played the city slicker in Bucking Broadway (1917) with Harry Carey.

Sure looks like Gertrude Astor who plays Gladys in the film. If it is her, she was 5'7" tall unlike Molly Malone at barely 5'.

You can also see Gertrude Astor opposite Mark Hamilton in the comedy short "Dizzy Daddies" 1926.
Mark Hamilton (I) is on imdb.com
Joseph Hamilton (I) is on imdb.com
Gertrude Brooke Hamilton is on imdb.com

Nope. Astor plays Glady (as intertitles calls her) and is the "sister" of Vester Pegg's villain. This woman is teamed with a man and they initially bilk Carey's character, but she feels sorry for him and is the actual "hero" of the film by calling Carey to the hotel where Pegg's character gets drunk and abuses Molly Malone.

Astor's character has only a brief part and it's unclear who she actually is since it's unlikely she's Pegg's sister.

No clue who she is but the film is on Youtube:

I have tomorrow off work it being a holiday so I took the time to watch it tonight. Always liked Harry Carey so this was worth it.

There are several prints on YT. I recommend this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SzhMAPyJYPk" target="_blank

Note that Gertrude Astor is introduced as "Glady" and that the city slickers get no IDs.
