Edna Purviance's French film not lost

Unread post by ChaplinLibrary » Mon Oct 23, 2017 4:12 am

Though it had long been considered as lost, a 35mm-copy of "EDUCATION DE PRINCE", Edna Purviance's French film directed by Henri DIAMANT-BERGER in 1927, was still being owned by Diamant-Berger's grand-son. He has made it available to the public in a numerised version that was shown in Paris last year: http://www.fondation-jeromeseydoux-path ... t%20berger" target="_blank
Let's hope that one day Edna Purviance's last film will be available on DVD!
