Help in identifying silent comedy...in an Iron Maiden video

Unread post by Metaldams » Sun Jan 21, 2018 8:50 pm

I am a huge silent comedy fan. Own all the available works of Chaplin, Keaton, Lloyd, Langdon, Arbuckle, Chase, etc. and even a bunch of films of lesser known comedians. I am also a huge Iron Maiden fan, having seen them in concert five times, own every studio album, tons of concert DVD's etc. So strangely enough, there is an Iron Maiden video for the song "Run To The Hills" that features a western themed silent comedy....and I have no clue what it is! If somebody can please watch the link above and identify the film, it would be much appreciated. Judging by the title cards, it was distributed by Pathe, but that's all I got. Thanks for any help.

Thank you so much! You have no idea how many years I wanted to know this. Turns out to be James Parrott, Charley Chase's brother.
