STATE FAIR (1933)

Unread post by earlytalkiebuffRob » Sun Aug 05, 2018 4:38 am

Checking out Henry King's WAY DOWN EAST (1935) in the relevant volume of 'The Hollywood Professionals', I came across a mention that STATE FAIR had been censored for its re-issue. Not having seen the film in about forty years, I wondered if complete copies had survived, although the running time of the copy on YT (96m) would tally with the 99m quoted on IMDb. Any ideas?
