Talk about the work of collecting, restoring and preserving our film heritage here.
After several months of their new system sorting user reviews by "helpfulness" only, they now offer three options: by helpfulness, date and total votes, in either ascending or descending order. "Total votes" means the total number of votes, whether helpful or unhelpful, a review got; I can't see any usefulness to this. Still missing is the option I had found useful, that of sorting the film from "loved it" to "hated it," but on their support forum an IMDb honcho says it's on their list to bring back "in the near future."

If only they had a way to sort F. Gwenplaine MacEntyre's reviews to the bottom. Having seen The Last Man on Earth (1924) this last weekend, I was reading the reviews on the IMDB when I realized that one had several errors in the storyline. I checked the bottom, and it was penned by him. And this is for a film that does exist!
