Indeed a low price but I noticed nowhere was the Realart trademark. I wonder if this card was from one of the many reissues done from the late 40s into the mid 50s by independent distributors. The artwork was also much different from
the Realart cards I've seen.

It was definitely based on (at least) the '48 reissue that has been painted/marked over around the title area to cover up the RealArt and double feature info, although it does have a new title. You'd probably have to have it in your hands to tell if it's a paint job on a real R'48 or a new print.

It was probably a "reasonable" price for 2017, but I remember that in the mid-1970s I got the entire set (8 cards) of this double-bill release by Realart for only ONE US $... and also the Dwayne Esper re-release of "Freaks" (8 cards) for the same price as well.
