Another one of those entertainers whose death provokes the reaction, "I didn't even know he was still alive!"

Truly, that was a long-lived guy.

I listened to his episode of Marc Maron's podcast on a flight a couple of years ago and it's a lot of fun. My favorite exchange:

Probably the only other act I can remember from the Beatles' Ed Sullivan Show debut. No mean feat!
